Just watched Backrooms.
Expectations: Low.
Reality: Great movie!!!
What a ride! I went in skeptical, but left completely fascinated. Huge props to the director for turning a short story into such a big movie. The way liminal spaces were woven into the characters plot was brilliant. A must watch if you like artistic creepy movies!
Directed by Kane Parsons and written by Will Soodik, Backrooms is a science fiction psychological horror film. Parsons became interested in the Backrooms, a fictional location which originated from a 2019 creepypasta.
