Tragic - Mother kills 2 children, herself after shooting at husband outside Glendale bar

This is a sad and tragic story but it is just typical of the crazy batshit insane world in which we live.​

So apparently, on Monday morning just after midnight, a man identified as Nolan Davis, 39 and a woman are standing outside of North Phoenix bar and another women who was later identified as his wife of twelve years Andrea Davis, 38 comes up and starts shooting. Davis wasn’t hit but as the female standing outside tried to escape in her vehicle, she was shot in the back of her head. She was rushed to the hospital with non-life threatening injuries and will survive. The injured woman did not confirm her relationship with Davis.

So the shooter books it out of the bar and escapes in an SUV as the man calls 911 Davis then informs police he’s received a text message from his wife threatening to harm their children. Shortly after, Nolan Davis received another text message that had a photo of one of the children bleeding from the head.

Police departments from two jurisdictions descend on the Davis residence about 2:30 a.m. and force themselves inside to discover the horrific scene of a deceased 18-month old, a 10 year old and the body of their mother who apparently took her own life after murdering her children.

In speaking to Andrea Davis’s best friend, Amy Bowers, she told investigators Andrea Davis and Nolan Davis were together for 12 years and had a great marriage until about a year ago. Bowers said that’s when Nolan started having an inappropriate relationship with a co-worker.

“This relationship that’s been going on between Nolan Davis and his co-worker has completely made her lose her mind. She hasn’t had an issue like this their whole marriage. They haven’t had anything like this come up before. And so I think the shock of that is just a lot for her. She was just, she was not feeling good. And she’s been asking for help from everybody. Like it’s not been secret,” Bowers said.

Well, that explains a lot. It is still horrible.
