I have Shitter embeds blocked in my browser and can't tell although it does show a link to the source.

I just tested in another browser and see the X stuff works. It should show up when you preview a post too? Preview upper right corner of post editor.
 
Yes worked perfectly . I like this feature being so easy peasy , just past the url at it just work (y)
 
You can just drag pictures from your computer and drop them in a post too. You can even resize them by dragging the corners.

In most cases if you're on another website and do a copy on a photo, you can just paste it into your post as well. Ain't modern technology swell? There are tutorials on most things but if you need a hand, I have one to give and I promise it won't be upside the head!:p
